Do your products have a warranty?
 
Yes
    ? Most chrome products have a limited 6 month warranty (from invoice date) against defects in either material or workmanship.
 
    ? Most stainless and aluminum products have a 12 month limited warranty (from invoice date.)
 
    ? The warranties do not apply to merchandise modified, cut, drilled, welded, or installed contrary to normal installation and usage.  In addition we cannot be held liable for damages caused by road hazards, accidents, misuse, neglect,  abuse, or corrosive elements and environments such as chemicals used on roadways which can cause discoloration and corrosion in stainless and chrome plating.
 
Do you have a return policy?
 
Yes
     ? All returns must be authorized by SS&J Marketing, Inc. All return requests must be faxed or E-Mailed. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) will be provided. Returns without RMA# will be refused.
 
     ? All damaged or defective items must be reported to SS&J Marketing, Inc. immediately upon discovery. An RMA# will be provided for damaged and defective products as well.
 
     ? Upon receiving an RMA# you will be provided with specific return instructions.
 
What postal company is used for shipping?
 
      ? SS&J Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to determine the form and method of shipping. Specific shipping requests can be processed by SS&J Marketing, Inc. for additional fees. Customers must contact SS&J Marketing,Inc. immediately to confirm these shiiping requests.
 
      ? Next day, 2nd day, 3rd day, and will call orders may or may not be processed on the ordering date. Customers must confirm with representatives of SS&J Marketing, Inc. on the projected shipping date or will call time.
 
What methods of paymeny do you accept?
 
• We accept most major credit cards. All credit card purchases are processed through Paypal. If you do not currently have an account with Paypal, you will be directed to a link to set an account up. This only takes a few minutes. Paypal is a safe and secure way to process payments and adds some protection to the seller and buyer against fraud.
 
• We will accept money orders and cashiers checks made out to SS&J Marketing, Inc. Please find the items you wish to purchase. Email the item to hotrodhubcaps@cox.net. We will Email back the total purchase price including shipping and taxes along with our mailing address. Just send the cashiers check or money order to the address and as soon as payment is recieved the purchased items will be sent. 
 
• We will accept personal checks made out to SS&J Marketing, Inc., but your items will not be sent until the check has cleared your bank. This usually takes 10 days but can take longer.  Please find the items you wish to purchase. Email us the items you wish to at hotrodhubcaps@cox.net. We will Email back the total purchase price including shipping and taxes along with our mailing address. Just send the payment to the address and as soon as payment is recieved and clears your bank the purchased items will be sent. 
 
• Check and money order must be made out to SS&J Marketing, Inc. This is our coorporate name.
 
• SS&J Marketing, Inc is a legal and lawful business operating in Nevada since November 2005. WWW.hotrodhubcaps.com is the property of SS&J Marketing, Inc.
 
• SS&J Marketing, Inc. through www.hotrodhubcaps.com sells only high quality parts for classic automobiles. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
 
Most Items are shipped with in 48 hrs of ordering and will arrive in the continental US with 7 days
Some items are manufactured or ordered from our suppliers upon customer purchasing
These Items may take longer to ship/arrive. Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery.
